1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sravanthi Tella Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Provision
Sravanthi Tella Cloud agrees to provide cloud hosting and web services in accordance with the selected package specifications. We maintain a 99.9% network uptime commitment.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our infrastructure for any illegal activities, including spamming, malware hosting, phishing, unauthorized port scanning, or denial-of-service attacks.
4. Payment & Renewals
Services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Failure to renew within 7 days of due date may result in automatic suspension.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
